Happy Father's Day!

I love my two handsome guys.
Happy Father's Day to the best dad I know.

Happy Father's Day, Da-da-ee.

Goodbye for now, Great-grandma

Your great-grandma, Clara Baca, passed away last Monday. You were a lucky boy to have known three of your great-grandmothers in your short lifetime. We have now lost Grammy, great-grandma Ellsworth, and great-grandma Baca, but we know we will be with them again. You brought such joy to each of these amazing women, and I am so happy that they were able to see you and share their love with you.

For Grandma's rosary, we all wore red and white to pay tribute to her #1 SJ fan status.

Yee-haw!

The Boy in the Backyard

When we bought this house, one of its biggest selling points was that it has a great fenced-in backyard. We knew one day Cael would have a great time playing and exploring out there. That time is now here, and he definitely enjoys being "side."

Mom-mom and Tale

I told Da-da-ee that we don't have many pictures of you and me together, so he took this one.
Aren't we cute?

Two Whirlwind Weekends

The first weekend of this month, the three of us were in the Phoenix area for softball and baseball state games. Cael loved staying in the hotel room. He kept saying, "Hotel room?" wanting to be there. He visited Aunt Julie for two different days while games were happening. He, and we, had a great time.
I would buy doughnuts every day from this adorable face.
Cael is making an official phone call in the hotel room while sporting his hat. We love Krispy Kreme, by the way.
I'm just working on my tan.
Like father, like son: Cael pushed his cousin, Brooke, into the pool at Aunt Julie's.
Choo-chooing at the mall
Vroom-vrooming at the mall
The second weekend of May, Cael spent the time in Holbrook while we went to the hot Valley again for Uncle Tyson's ASU (Go Devils!) graduation. Cael, of course, was spoiled (or as they put it, well-loved), and Mom-mom and Da-da-ee were also spoiled with some alone time.
It's time for night-night, Jalen and Cael.
Good morning...Cael even gets breakfast in bed at Aunt Kirsti's.
"Tail hair-tut."
Eating Pop Rocks
Cool dude with an ice cream cone
Cool dude with glasses up and side view of licking ice cream cone... Look at that tongue lapping it up. That's my boy!
Of course, there must be a Jeep ride for a fun weekend to be complete.
We are all so blessed to have family members who are willing to spend time with and love Cael. He is a lucky little boy!

Crazy, crazy Cael

If you are ever in need of cheap entertainment, come on over to our house, where you can see such wonders as:

Cael doing various P90X moves, such as decline push ups in a diaper.

Cael, the magician, disappearing into a cabinet below the television.

And reappearing.

Cael asking for, "More kers" when he is hungry.

And so much more...
