We got up and ran/walked to start off our Independence Day celebrations. I ran the 5K, while you and Dad walked 1 mile. It was fun, and you did well, even though your legs got a little tired along the way.
We then attended the program at the park and the annual free barbeque lunch. You ran in the kids' races and played on the bouncy toys with Kiki and Parker.
That evening, we went to the Isaacson's house for dinner and then to the Johnson's front lawn to watch the fireworks.
It was a great 4th of July for us.
