Squeaky Cheese
My friend, Brandee, told me I had to try squeaky cheese, or cheese curds, while I was in Wisconsin. I must admit I was a bit skeptical about these little drops, but I figured the best place to be adventurous was at the "Cheese Curd Capital of Wisconsin," the Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery.
