I dropped Paul off to attend his conference and went exploring. I found this treasure of a place named Eau Galle. I went into their little gift/cheese shop next to the actual farm where the cheese is produced. I was in heaven with all the different types of cheese and samples. They won first place for their Parmesan cheese, with good reason. It was delectable. I am drooling just thinking of it right now. I even tried weird flavors like chocolate cheese. I bought some cheese for us to enjoy in our hotel room, and enjoy it we did.
